Redesign of Insight Center for Resellers @Ingram Micro

Most dashboards show data. Few drive action.
I redesigned Insight Center into a scalable insight system that connects the most relevant signals to clear, actionable next steps. Through multi-phase research, I defined an architecture that helps sales teams quickly identify opportunities and act with confidence.

Responsible AI Design for Microsoft Products

Worked within Microsoft’s Ethics & Society team to translate responsible AI principles into product experiences across AI-powered Bing search, Image Creator, and Skype. Designed transparency, onboarding, and feedback systems that embed governance into UX and help users understand AI capabilities and limitations.

Xvantage Mobile North Star @Ingram Micro

Defined the product vision for Xvantage Mobile by identifying distinct mobile behaviors and reframing the app from a fragmented utility into a guidance- and action-driven system. By synthesizing research, market patterns, and product constraints, I introduced a strategy based on purposeful differentiation — positioning mobile as a fast, proactive companion rather than a reduced version of desktop.
